They were imprisoned in the Temuco prisons under the 20.000 law, but in the framework of the same March 28 frame-up.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In the appeal hearing it was decided to give both of them nightly house arrest while the investigation lasts.<\/p>\n<p>On the one hand we are happy that they are no longer inhabiting the cold cages of the $hilean state, but alert because they are still prisoners and under investigation.
