On reviewing the police recordings, the police identified her and got an order put out for her arrest.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>After remaining a fugitive of justice for a month and a week, the\u00a0<em>compa\u00f1era\u00a0<\/em>was arrested by the police. OS-9 personnel had found her through Facebook, where a photo of Io was uploaded in which the police could see buildings through the window.<\/p>\n<p>The police checked some data and recognized the place, posting themselves up outside for almost 72 hours before seeing the <em>compa\u00f1era <\/em>Io on the balcony, thus confirming her presence and later she was arrested on July 19, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>compa\u00f1era <\/em>was brought to the (in)justice center, where the prosecutor Marcela Adasme charged her for transporting an incendiary device and public disorder. The Seventh Guarantee Court decided that she was a flight risk, after spending a month as a fugitive, so as an alternative measure to preventive prison, the judge set an immediate fine of 500,000 pesos (1000 US dollars).<\/p>\n<p>This particular and unusual measure was able to be covered at the time by various family members, friends and <em>compa\u00f1eros <\/em>in solidarity who attended the court hearings, thus being able to get the <em>compa\u00f1era <\/em>out of prison.<\/p>\n<p>Finally the <em>compa\u00f1era <\/em>is in the street, with a 90 day investigation period.
