The next day he passed before the 6th Guarantee Court of Santiago, which gave the prosecution 30 days for the investigation of his case, leaving him in preventive prison in Santiago 1.
These sanctions are taken to criminalize the social struggle and thus leave confined in their cages those who try to rise up against the daily violence of the State-Capital.
