Andrew Mickel
Convicted in 2005 of the political assassination of a Red Bluff, CA police officer in 2002, in a case that was unsolved until Andrew’s online communique claiming the assassination led to his arrest. He was sentenced to death and is currently held on death row while his appeal is reviewed.

eremy Hammond
Arrested on March 6, 2012 and accused of several computer-hacking crimes related to attacks by the anarchist hacker group LulzSec and Operation AntiSec. Specifically, he is charged with computer hacking conspiracy, computer hacking and conspiracy to commit access device fraud in connection with the December 2011 attack on the Stratfor security and intelligence company (communique here) which is said to be the largest leak of sensitive government and corporate information since the B. Manning leak. Hammond has been a known anarchist in Chicago for years and now faces up to 30 years in prison.
Marie Mason
Sentenced to nearly 22 years in prison for carrying out 14 actions of property destruction claimed by the Earth Liberation Front (ELF). She was sold out by her former partner, Frank Ambrose, who became an FBI informant.
Eric McDavid
Sentenced to 20 years in a conspiracy to destroy a large dam with explosives and carry out several other explosive attacks, none of which were done. His conviction was the result of the work of a federal informant known as “Anna” whose actual identity is unknown.
Casey Brezik
Accused anarchist assassin from Kansas City area who is charged with slashing the throat of the Dean of Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley in an alleged plot to attack the Governor of Missouri, Jay Nixon during a talk at the college. He is currently being held by the state of Missouri on trial for two counts of first-degree assault and two counts of armed criminal action. In February 2011, the state declared him to be incapable of standing trial, which means he is forced to stay locked up in a mental institution indefinitely without possibility of bond until the state declares him to be sane. No mailing address.
Miguel Balderos
Sentenced to 10 years and 8 months for setting fire to the Santa Cruz city prosecutor’s office.
Justin Solondz
Prisoner of the Operation Backfire case against the Earth Liberation Front, Justin was extradited from China after years of living on the run and was sentenced to 7 years in prison in March 2012 for involvement in an arson at the University of Washington in Seattle, he is expected to be released in 2017.

Michael Sykes
Sentenced in 2008 to 4-10 years in prison for the arson of several under-construction homes and other targets in order to combat the destruction of the forest caused by suburban development around his childhood home in Michigan.
Sean Swain
A hostage held by a lawless rogue-state calling itself “The State of Ohio,” he has been held without legal conviction or sentence since 1991 for the self-defense killing of a court official’s relative who broke into Sean’s home and threatened his life.
Cleveland 4
Arrested just before May 1st, 2012, Brandon Baxter, Doug Wright, and Connor Stevens all plead guilty and are serving 8 to 11.5 years for a bomb plot set up by an FBI informant in Cleveland. Joshua “Skelly” Stafford is still awaiting trial.
NATO 3
Brent Betterly, Jared Chase, and Brian Church were arrested just before the NATO summit in Chicago in May 2012 and are incarcerated while awaiting trial on charges of “possession of incendiary or explosive device, conspiracy to commit terrorism & providing material support for terrorism.” They are accused of making molotovs and of saying that they planned to use them to attack police stations, a Democratic Party campaign office, and the mayor’s home during the NATO summit. They were set up by informant(s) and they face up to 40 years in prison each.
Alex Stuck
Alex Stuck, an antifascist activist, is serving a three and a half year prison sentence at the Dixon Correctional Center, a medium security facility in Dixon, Illinois after accepting a plea bargain regarding his involvement in an altercation with white supremacists.
Cody Sutherlin
Cody Sutherlin, an antifascist activist from Bloomington, Indiana, is serving a five-year prison sentence at Robinson Correctional Facility after accepting a plea bargain regarding his involvement in an altercation with white supremacists.
Dylan Sutherlin
Dylan Sutherlin, an antifascist activist, is serving a three and a half year prison sentence in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He’s currently imprisoned at Centralia Correctional Center after accepting a plea bargain regarding his involvement in an altercation with white supremacists.
Jason Sutherlin
Jason Sutherlin, an antifascist activist, is serving a six-year prison sentence at East Moline Correctional Facility after accepting a plea bargain regarding his involvement in an altercation with white supremacists.
John Tucker
John Tucker, an antifascist activist, is serving a three and a half year prison sentence in the Illinois Department of Corrections. He’s currently at Lincoln Correctional Center, a minimum security prison, after accepting a plea bargain regarding his involvement in an altercation with white supremacists.
Sebastian Senakiewicz
Arrested before the NATO summit and charged with “falsely making a terrorist threat,” he is serving four months in boot camp, after which he is expected to be deported. He is unable to receive mail in boot camp.
Mark “Migs” Neiween
Arrested before the May, 2012 NATO summit in Chicago and charged with “attempted possession of explosive or incendiary devices,” he was sentenced to three years in prison in April 2013.

Braulio Arturo Durán González
An anarchist vegan, Braulio was arrested in September 2010 in Leon, Mexico, accused of setting fire to a HSBC Bank. In May 2010 he was sentenced to 3 years, 1 month and 15 days as well as a large fine. He is currently held in the Center for Social Reinsertion in Leon, Guanajuanto, Mexico.

Adrian Magdaleno Gonzales
Arrested in February 2010 and accused of detonating a butane gas bomb in an empty subway car in Mexico City’s Taxqueña station. Adrian is held in Mexico City’s Santa Marta Acatitla prison. He is also accused of using gas canisters in an explosion at a Banamex bank in September 2009 in Mexico City’s Milpa Alta borough, and of involvement in actions claimed by the Frente de Liberación Animal [Animal Liberation Front]. In June 2010, his sentence was increased to 7 years and 11 months. Adrian is vegan.

Bolivia
Henry Zegarrundo (on house arrest)
Arrested on May 29, 2012 in La Paz accused of about 20 actions from explosive attacks and arsons to sabotages attributed to the Informal Anarchist Federation / International Revolutionary Front. Much of the evidence against him is based on statements from a snitch, a member of the “Anarchist” Organization for Social Revolution (OARS). He is on house arrest, awaiting trial.

Marcelo Villarroel
Security Case – Marcelo, Freddy and Juan
Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda, Freddy Fuentevilla Saa and Juan Aliste Vega were arrested in 2009 after a long international manhunt, accused of the robbery of a Santander Bank and the murder of a cop in October 2007.
They have been imprisoned for over 3 years awaiting trial. Marcelo and Freddy are facing life imprisonment.

March 28 Case – Roxana, Yaritza and Ariadna
Yaritza Grandón Paredes and Ariadna Torres are in preventive prison in the women’s prison of Temuco, Chile, under investigation for making and placing explosive devices. Roxana Marín Laurie, Juan “Jota Pe” Pablo, and Silvana Lumilla are on conditional release awaiting trial for the same case.

Victor Hugo Montoya
Victor is a youth who is in preventive prison awaiting trial accused of involvement in the bombing of the police station in Las Vizcachas where a cop was wounded by the blast.
Hans Niemeyer
Hans is accused of the placement of several explosive devices in Santiago Chile. He is currently imprisoned while awaiting trial.
Miguel Sanchez
Former member of the FPMR (Manuel Rodriguez Patriotic Front), an active member of the armed struggle against the Pinochet dictatorship. Indifferent to the “democratic transition” he continued to fight and was arrested and sentenced to 20 years for having firearms and participating in several conflictual actions. During his long stay in prison he carried out several mobilizations claimed with the rest of the “common” prisoners. After receiving parole, Miguel broke the conditions, being imprisoned until today when he continues to vindicate as a revolutionary and anti-system.
