Bill Dunne
Anti-authoritarian combatant sentenced to 90 years for the liberation of an anarchist prisoner, Artie Ray Darfur, in 1979. He attempted to escape prison in 1983, for which 15 years was added to his sentence. Some of his writings: 1, 2, 3

Andrew Mickel
Convicted in 2005 of the political assassination of a Red Bluff, CA police officer in 2002, in a case that was unsolved until Andrew’s online communique claiming the assassination led to his arrest. He was sentenced to death. To the best of our knowledge he is being held on death row while his appeal is reviewed.

Marius Mason
Sentenced to nearly 22 years in prison for carrying out 14 actions of property destruction claimed by the Earth Liberation Front (ELF). He was sold out by his former partner, Frank Ambrose, who became an FBI informant.

 

Casey Brezik
An anarchist from Kansas City area sentenced to 12 years for slashing the throat of the Dean of Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley in an attempt to attack the Governor of Missouri, Jay Nixon during a talk at the college. In February 2011, the state declared him to be incapable of standing trial, forcing to stay locked up in a mental institution until June 2013, when he was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment.

Walter Bond
In 2011, Walter Bond was sentenced to 12 years prison for two arson attacks claimed by the Lone Wolf cell of the Animal Liberation Front.

 

Miguel Balderos
Sentenced to 10 years and 8 months for setting fire to the Santa Cruz city prosecutor’s office.

 

Jeremy Hammond
Arrested on March 6, 2012 for the December 2011 attack on the Stratfor security and intelligence company (communique here) which is said to be the largest leak of sensitive government and corporate information since the B. Manning leak. Hammond has been a known anarchist in Chicago for years. In November 2013 he was sentenced to 10 years prison.

aJustin Solondz
Prisoner of the Operation Backfire case against the Earth Liberation Front, Justin was extradited from China after years of living on the run and was sentenced to 7 years in prison in March 2012 for involvement in an arson at the University of Washington in Seattle, he is expected to be released in 2017.

Sean Swain
A hostage held by a lawless rogue-state calling itself “The State of Ohio,” he has been held without legal conviction or sentence since 1991 for the self-defense killing of a court official’s relative who broke into Sean’s home and threatened his life.

Michael Kimble
A forty-nine year old, black, gay anarchist serving a life sentence in Alabama for the murder of a white, homophobic, racist bigot.

Cleveland 4
Arrested just before May 1st, 2012,  Brandon Baxter, Doug Wright, and Connor Stevens all plead guilty and were sentenced to 8 to 11.5 years for a bomb plot set up by an FBI informant in Cleveland. Joshua “Skelly” Stafford went to trial and was sentenced to 10 years.

Jared Chase (NATO 3)
Brent Betterly, Jared Chase, and Brian Church were arrested just before the NATO summit in Chicago in May 2012 and charged with “possession of incendiary or explosive device, conspiracy to commit terrorism & providing material support for terrorism.” Set up by a police informant, they were sentenced to prison for making molotovs and of saying that they planned to use them to attack police stations, a Democratic Party campaign office, and the mayor’s home during the NATO summit. Brian Jacob Church was sentenced to 5 years, Brent Betterly to 6 years, and Jared Chase to 8 years. Brian and Brent have been released.

Eric G. King
Eric King was arrested on September 11, 2014 in Kansas City and accused of an arson attempt on a politician’s office. As of this date he is awaiting trial.

Jason Hammond
Sentenced to three and a half years in 2014 for an attack on white supremacists in Tinley Park during the 2012 NATO summit in Chicago.

Braulio Arturo Durán González
An anarchist vegan, Braulio was arrested in September 2010 in Leon, Mexico, accused of setting fire to a HSBC Bank. In May 2010 he was sentenced to 3 years, 1 month and 15 days as well as a large fine. He is currently held in the Center for Social Reinsertion in Leon, Guanajuanto, Mexico.

Amelie, Carlos, and Fallon
Arrested in Mexico City on January 5, 2014 and accused of an attack with molotovs and rocks on a car dealership and the Secretariat of Communications and Transportation of Mexico. Support site: fuegoalascarceles with information in English. Also see English updates from sabotagemedia.

Adrian Magdaleno Gonzales
Arrested in February 2010 and accused of detonating a butane gas bomb in an empty subway car in Mexico City’s Taxqueña station. Adrian is held in Mexico City’s Santa Marta Acatitla prison. He is also accused of using gas canisters in an explosion at a Banamex bank in September 2009 in Mexico City’s Milpa Alta borough, and of involvement in actions claimed by the Frente de Liberación Animal [Animal Liberation Front]. In June 2010, his sentence was increased to 7 years and 11 months. Adrian is vegan.

Diego Sebastián Petrissans
An anarchist from Buenos Aires, arrested in 2006, and sentenced to 10 years for robbery of a Argentinian television producer Ideas del Sur owned by Marcello Tinelli. His sentence was lowered to 8 years 6 months.

An anarchist from Buenos Aires, arrested in 2006, and sentenced to 11 years for robbery of a Argentinian television producer Ideas del Sur owned by Marcello Tinelli.

 

Bolivia

Henry Zegarrundo (on house arrest)
Arrested on May 29, 2012 in La Paz accused of about 20 actions from explosive attacks and arsons to sabotages attributed to the Informal Anarchist Federation / International Revolutionary Front. Much of the evidence against him is based on statements from a snitch, a member of the “Anarchist” Organization for Social Revolution (OARS). He is on house arrest, awaiting trial.

Marcelo Villarroel

Security Case – Marcelo, Freddy, Juan and Carlos
Marcelo Villarroel Sepúlveda, Freddy Fuentevilla Saa and Juan Aliste Vega were arrested in 2009 after a long international manhunt, accused of the robbery of a Santander Bank and the murder of a cop in October 2007. In July, 2014, Juan Aliste was sentenced to 42 years in prison, Freddy Fuentevilla to 15 years, and Marcelo Villarroel to 14 years. Carlos Gutiérrez Quiduleo, who was arrested later in November 2013, is imprisoned and awaiting trial.

Hans is accused of the placement of several explosive devices in Santiago Chile. He was sentenced to 5 years prison in July, 2013.

 

Miguel Sanchez
Former member of the FPMR (Manuel Rodriguez Patriotic Front), an active member of the armed struggle against the Pinochet dictatorship. Indifferent to the “democratic transition” he continued to fight and was arrested and sentenced to 20 years for having firearms and participating in several conflictual actions. During his long stay in prison he carried out several mobilizations claimed with the rest of the “common” prisoners. After receiving parole, Miguel broke the conditions, being imprisoned until today when he continues to vindicate as a revolutionary and anti-system.

Camilo Valdés
Sentenced to 5 years and 1 day for throwing a molotov at the Day of the Youth Combatant (March 29) 2012.

Tamara Sol
Tamara is accused of attempted murder and robery for a shooting of a BancoEstado bank security guard in Santiago, January 2014.
