Belgium: Four vehicles burned in Gilly

Three cars and a truck belong to the same company were burned during the night from Sunday to Monday in Gilly. The investigation is being conducted by the local police of Charleroi.

Charleroi firefighters responded twice, a few minutes apart, to vehicle fires in Gilly on Monday morning, around 3:30 AM.

The first call involved two cars on fire in Haies Square. The fire was immediately deemed suspicous by police investigators because the cars were parked about ten meters from one another.

A few minutes later, a truck and a BMW were set ablaze on Ateliers Street, located a few hundred meters from Haies Square. According Charleroi police, the damaged vehicles all belong to same company.
