April 12th: After 12 pm, a group of about 50 masked individuals came from the Universidad de Chile to block traffic on Av. Grecia, in a further show of strength and solidarity in the war against authority and those who are off the street … either by judicial kidnapping or direct killing … as a result of taking an active role against domination.
“Neither persecution, torture or imprisonment can stop those who have determined to be free and to free their brothers and sisters,” read a pamphlet displayed on site.

Solidarity Demo attacked by police… again
April 8th: A new demo supporting the hunger strikers was again attacked by police. Around 12 detentions were made and tortures were applied against anybody that shows solidarity with our comrades. The strike is now almost 50 days long, and the state is asking between 10 years to life prison as the investigation is over. Evening of Friday April 8th…

On Friday night, April 8th, close to 30 masked individuals erected barricades in both directions of Avenida Grecia outside the Juan Gómez Millas Campus of the Universidad de Chile.
The barricades remained for some 30 minutes and upon the arrival of the police the masked individuals threw molotov bombs at them.
The slogans were in support of the youth arrested for the case under prosecution for the series of bombings in the last few years in Santiago.
Then the masked individuals entered the school and from there continued throwing stones and molotov bombs at the police. The protests ended without arrests.
For its part, the press said the masked individuals assaulted passersby, something that is surely a fabrication in their faithful work for disinformation and defamation of all forms of protest against the establishment, which is also reflected by interviews of citizens who conform to the system.
