With Solidarity Actions We Salute Monica, Francisco and Those Who Resist In the Dungeons of Power
Because we believe that the struggle against prison society must spread as part of the struggle against every kind of authority, the distances must not diminish the unyielding solidarity with those who experience in their own flesh the punishment of the powerful for opposing the system of domination and those who maintain it.
With this motivation we went into the street together the night of Thursday December 5, interrupting traffic at two points along Bernardo O’Higgins Avenue (‘La Alameda,’ the main vehicular artery of Chile’s capitol), with barricades and propaganda against prison society and in solidarity with the compañerxs who are in prison.
We make a call to continue to spread solidarity actions that point to the destruction of the prisons, guards, and every form of power and authority.
With this gesture we embrace in the distance Mónica Caballero, Francisco Solar and the three compañerxs who were arrested in the early hours of November 13 in Spain, accused of participating in the explosive attack against the Catedral del Pilar in Zaragota (an action claimed by the Mateo Morral Insurrectional Command).
May international solidarity make itself felt by the compañerxs.
Three years since 81 prisoners died in the fire at the San Miguel prison, we don’t forget and we don’t forgive, let the guards and their institutions know.
We fraternally greet José Miguel Sánchez, who at the time of our action is on hunger strike against the transferred imposed on him and after having been accused of direct threats against the guards.
We salute Carlos Gutiérrez Quiduleo, a compañero who as of now has been imprisoned after 6 years living in clandestinity on being linked with a bank robbery and the killing of a police officer (the Security Case). We embrace his fighting determination, his daring and his solidarity. We also greet the compañeros accused for the same case: Marcelo Villarroel, Fredy Fuentevilla and Juan Aliste.
We also salute the compañerxs Hans Niemeyer, Alberto Olivares, Nicolas Sandoval. And compañero Mario from Mexico, on Hunger Strike, Nicola Gai, Alfredo Cospito, Gabriel Pombo Da Silva and all the compañerxs imprisoned in the cages of power around the world.
To not diminish the unyielding solidarity between revolutionaries
May the attack be permanent until we destroy the last bastion
of the prison society.
