By means of this communique, we seek solely and exclusively to clarify the events on the day of March 26 outside of the university and thus we anticipate (not without some delay) the outright lies and speculations of Power and the press:
* We categorically deny the use of firearms and knives at the time of the incendiary attack on the bus, and the use of verbal violence (much less of any kind) toward the driver;
* In the second place we deny any kind of participation of the three youth arrested in these events, and with that, we place ourselves in solidarity and send strength to them so that once again the State’s juridical-policial character will be proven and they will obtain the soonest possible freedom. And regardless of what they may have said or declared, their supposed participation was null and possibly the same kind of many of the spectators who were there (in weeks like this there are many people who are in solidarity with demonstrations, a motive under which they could have transported some item that would serve the police for their absurd incrimination, and this is something the police also know).
* And finally we clarify that this action is marked in the week of the day of the youth combatant, and that, as the banner placed there read, it is today and forever, capital does not sleep and neither do we. Although the deed of burning a bus does not represent a concrete attack on power, it demonstrates that, as a symbol of the maximum circulation of commodities (what is more inhuman than, along with charging you to educate you and to live, to charge you to move?), this action is a tangible demonstration of the contradictions of bourgeois society and the conflictuality that we thus intend to renew for its destruction, one cannot defeat the state-capital under its parameters of citizen peace and love.
Because the struggle against the State and Capital is daily, and for all those fallen and imprisoned at the hands of the bourgeoisie.
