ACAB! All Cops Are Bastards!

A necessary note from LT: This is the first text created by the first and second faction of LT, which serves to mark our own need to pose topics of discussion, as a living example of the particular form we have of transmitting something. There are opportunities to attach contributions of readings of affinity, as there is also space for our concerns as an affinity group of hermanxs or individually, who also have differences and ways of organizing our activities at the moment to publish the information and propaganda that comes to us. In addition to this we make another point to the public light, our activity as an affinity group in LT begins and ends on the internet (that is to say that we don’t make publications or sticker or write graffiti for the site), that is how it is and we don’t know if it will change some day. No person who has active participation in this site is going to present themselves as a part of this project at a determinate site. No one who is really from LT will use it to gain confidence or to receive claps of hatred or gratitude. We want and we vindicate anonymous projects, whether or not they are illegal. Our activity begins and ends here; outside of this (in real life…) we are simple people who temporarily forget our activity in front of the computer.

About and since the April 11th march

We are not about dates, but just one comes to living memory to reaffirm our title, and which also has a lot to do with the repeated formula of Power and its media of mass alienation speaking endlessly about “hooded delinquents.” Before this we shout “Delinquents: So what?” We don’t believe in their false legal morality!

“Subversion should get used to delinquents, because they are the only ones not committed to the System: the workers fight only for wage increases, and the students are petty bourgeoisie playing politics; the underworld is the cradle of the revolution.”
– Ronald Rivera Calderon, founder of the urban guerrilla group Organized Vanguard of the People (VOP).

A short criminal reflection…

Those who neither have nor are anybody’s owners, other than of our own lives, those who have been robbing the System’s machine, we do not have anything to fear. Laws do not rule our lives or limit our actions. We make our daily actions a rupture with legaloid dogmas (this does not mean to glorify illegality, because its root is to deny the law in all of its forms). This is how we appreciate the words of the compañero Ronald, above all because they were not–and are not–empty words without praxis, but rather are full of content and even more so of action.

Hooded heads should always look defiant and proud to the enemy, likewise they should be full of solidarity and complicity among peers, this same look always directed at the executioner and the structural symbols that they defend with their disgusting lives. But it is necessary to understand that these mere agents of the imposed order are simply peons guarding the king, who actually have control of the machines. The target must always be to go beyond. The street is a small space for the conflict, and it is not the only one where attacks against the supposed omnipresence of the System of domination can be materialized: there are many options, from the editing of pamphlets to the windows broken with rocks at night. Where there are “blind spots” in the panopticon of the city there will be conspiracy and the materialization of our indomitable and fertile desires.

Before the March begins:
Arson at the mansion of the former rector of the University del Mar.
…Accident caused by post-prison trauma, planned attack, or pyrokenesis?

Hours before the march, in the coastal city of Reñaca in the Valparaíso region, an enormous and luxurious mansion started to burn. The smoke and flames were seen from hundreds of meters away, while inside there were seven people including the former rector of the U del Mar, who even spent several weeks in prison because of all the money that he stole from thousands of students indebted up to their necks.

This is not the first time that these kinds of events have happened, since it came to light that the millionaire had embezzled within the U del Mar, this mansion has been the target to make it clear. Because the ostentatious structure was built thanks to all the families of the students, who are now in the street. It’s that simple. And it is also that simple that months later the perimeter of the mansion was set on fire, creating a real threat to the property.

Finally what is also entertaining about this is the beautiful irony that this bastard had to wake up and face the friendly cameras awaiting him, because at the times when it involved a matter of little importance the journalists focused on his babies. And this happened before the march, which ironically had to do with the business of domestication.

The riots and clashes:
The enemy believed they would be able to control the terrain of Mapocho Station again, but the plan backfired.
Chaos overflowed the citizenist demonstrations, and the real and radical conflict took back the streets, making the cops run.

The bourgeois political climate prior to Thursday’s march was watching fearfully, this is how one may understand the calls for calm, which were even made by the imbecile Piñera on the news. It would seem the President of Chile was asking a favor of the wild encapuchadxs…

On the other hand, voices of conspirators and compañeras called for precaution because perhaps the police forces had orders to “let it go” in order to then break it at another point different from the usual one. Something which they apparently tried on Bandera street when dozens of encapuchadxs passed the first block toward Alameda, when right in the intersection there appeared squads of cops throwing tackles at the encapuchadxs. Returning to the issue of “letting it go,” this has to do with the Government’s need to push the anti-hood law and give people in society a new feeling of insecurity. Note that this taking precaution has nothing to do with all of this being a frame-up of Power and that if anyone throws a rock we will be playing into the enemy’s game–No. It is about being more attentive and not awarding ourselves, about taking care of our compañerxs.

There is no doubt that the march was a refreshment for many compañerxs‘ energy, which like this March 29th exceeded all expectations. This march overflowed, like the waves when they rise out of the sea and smash the roads. At this point the bastards had to use all their paintball pellets, there were many cops shielded by five assistants. This was how many people ended up wounded by these “non-lethal weapons.”

On previous occasions the Mapocho Station area had been an unfortunate shame. The police doing and undoing the order of the streets. Surrounding and beating people. And where the conflicts didn’t last beyond a few dozen minutes.

But this time was different, there were many people taking over the whole terrace, while on the other hand the encapuchadxs started to shelter themselves in front of Bandera street. Confronting any citizen-police who appeared. Some capuchas even had to resist the urge (apparently) to use force against an eighty-year-old woman drunk on democracy and laws, who was slapping people. It’s good that nobody dirtied their hands with this old democratic-legaloid-parapolice–and, to top off the contradictions, a family member of disappeared arrestees, but this is where one must ask: What are the limits? What happens if the old lady takes the hood off of a compañerx? For this there could be a solution in that people who aren’t hooded and are in affinity with street fighting could take these false-intentioned people and take care of them and remove them. It sounds easy and pretty. The thing is not to get caught up with these kinds of people not even if you could beat them, because even if you speak to them very hard they can die and this would mean an effective punishment for killing a “tender” old granny.

Continuing with the overflowing of the march… there were hundreds of encapuchadxs out that day. At one time there were several dozen, and then they had taken up an entire street, and for that matter it was not the only intersection with barricades. Molotovs were seen on various occasions, some thrown too early striking against the pavement, but certain others that struck fully against the armored machines and others that struck directly on the bodies of the bastards, giving them a bath of hot revenge.

Soon there were more areas where the fire and sabotages spread. There were several bastards sent running alone or in groups. Like when a squad was left alone against  hundreds of people who wanted them massacred. And the exploit did not come from the abusive and violative cowards, but from an encapuchadx who picked up a molotov that was thrown and didn’t break, so this faceless person went and finished what was started and decisively threw the molotov at the squad of bastards. This was accompanied by a rain of rocks, paint bombs, insults and sticks.

Finally the exhaustion and dispersion of the groups made it so that soon the bastard police took control of the territory, but they had to fight for it. It cost them 8 bastards wounded and having to make public explanations for the great number of persons wounded by pellets.

Arrests and injuries

First of all, the thing that nobody wants but is a clear consequence of direct confrontation: arrests. At the national level there were 109 people arrested, and of these 24 are minors. But only 14 of them are charged for “serious disorders,” which does not mean prison. Likewise we are waiting on the total of arrested charged on Friday April 12th.

At the level of injured persons it is difficult to know about all of them. Also in the media they never speak about injured persons unless they are very obvious and serious. Even if we mention that dozens of people were injuried by the police action it would be a low estimate. The paintball pellets have become the favorite weapon of the Special Forces, it would seem that the Government rewarded its faithful minions with war games, because the bastards love to get trigger-happy and practice their aim with people’s bodies. This is why there are 3 people hospitalized with serious injuries to their eyes, including two of them with a real risk of losing their vision.

Injured bastards.
Because this is more than mere vengeance,
it is a declared and permanent war!

Now for what makes us smile and gives us strength, because the bastards are not untouchable and they also suffer in their bodies the costs of being the defenders of exploitation, therefore it is a ritual of encouragement to see our enemies fall. They can buy the best fire-resistant suits, the best chemical weapons brought from Israel, all the training of the United States, but they are just peons who act only under orders and for a symbolic wage that buys their lives. Then and in a contrary line are the encapuchadxs who only have some molotovs, rocks and paint, but are full of conviction and free determination, are autonomous, act from their hearts because they love freedom and want to destroy this reality, subverting the imposed order. The practice of sedition helps one to coexist with and confront their fears. So when one hoods up they shouldn’t therefore fear arrests and prison: our struggle continues, even when the exit is very far off. This is why on many occasions we have put out texts on this site which affirm that the life of compañerxs is worth more than those of a hundred or a thousand bastard police.

As an official balance the bastard institution of uniformed abusers said there were 8 officers wounded. And the most serious case was that of a captain named Héctor Torres, who is part of the riot control section. It turns out that this bastard was hit by a bottle of sulfuric acid, leaving him with serious burns on both legs.

Because of this the Santiago Intendant Juan Peribonio announced two complaints before the Courts. One against those responsible for the attack on Captain Torres, and another against the 14 arrested for serious disorders.

Dedication:

This summary and reflection goes out to everyone who gave battle in the streets, in whatever city, and in whatever way they found best. Above all for those who spent minutes, hours or the entire night in the cell of a disgusting police brothel.

For all the beautiful indomitable creatures who go out with what they have on hand to face up to this imposed reality, to those who untiringly seek ways to break with the moral mold of how one should fight. Because the very practice of liberation in the day to day motivates one to go for more.

They indoctrinated you to obey… did you learn?
And you want gratuitous education just to change class?
Gratuity is not enough!

Even if the sun hides
and the wind dies down,
There is still fire in your soul
There is still life in your dreams.

High school students made a large circle singing something like:
“This is a government with straight-up Pinochet laws”

A citizen defending the signage getting beat up by hooded compañerxs,
there is no dialogue with the para-police

A youth with an eye injury from a police pellet

And finally the disgusting old lady (according to the press she is the “super-granny”) democratic-legaloid-parapolice and contradictorily family member of disappeared arrestees
