Italy: Brief note from Tomo on a couple of questions

I have felt the necessity to write this brief reflection regarding two communiques that I have read thus far by those seeking to “defend” the persons involved in various operations (in this case, the recent Operation “Ardire”) and send solidarity (often putting their hands up and immediately disassociating from any acts or attacks, letting everyone know that “they have nothing to do with it”).

To begin, I want to make it clear that I refuse any solidarity from those who cover their asses with various disassociations and discourses on the “uselessness of individual agitation” and on waiting for their beloved “masses.”  I do not know what to make of your “class” discourse, of your stepping back because now “is too soon”… what courage is it to express solidarity after having disassociated yourselves? Your communiques are full of victimism and apathy, trying to nullify the individual and its potential. Hiding behind yourself you say “But who? Us? No, no, for heaven’s sake, we are just waiting for the people!” you put your hands up so as to be sure that the repression will never hit… and I will tell you more: also so as to be sure that you will never be a threat. In this case I speak especially of the FdCA and the Italian Anarchist Federation.
I can do without your psalms.

The other point that I want to deal with is the recent text in defense of those who spread the texts and impressions of comrades from around the world; an activity that is defined with a word in your text, namely: “only.”
Now, beyond the fact that to translate and disseminate is hardly an untenable physical exertion, what I’m saying is that this is not “only.” This all involves the “blossoming of the real and multiform dialogue of international insurrectional anarchy.”
This means to sink the knife further into the heart of the enemy, without fear of the consequences that this entails, with the fury and iconoclastic joy that we always carry with us, in our smiles and in our eyes.
With these insights is proposed to construct an immense cosmos of possibilities, of non-ways, that may be followed as one sees fit.

I do not ask anyone for mercy, nor do I see why you should do it for us.

You might even do without being in solidarity with me, it is better that way.
